ZJCR Series Vacuum Oil Filter Machine for Lubricating Oil

主要适用于处理不合格的机械油、液压油、压缩机油、齿轮油等工业油。能快速去除油中水分，气体，杂质及挥发物，恢复油的粘度，闪点和使用性能。广泛适用于石油、化工、矿山、冶金、电力、交通、机械制造、铁路等行业的各种润滑油再生净化处理。

Mainly used for treating substandard industrial oils like machine oil, hydraulic oil, compressor oil, and gear oil. It can quickly remove water, gas, impurities, and volatile substances from the oil, restoring its viscosity, flash point, and performance. It's widely used for the regeneration and purification of various lubricating oils in industries like petroleum, chemicals, mining, metallurgy, power, transportation, machinery manufacturing, and railways.

一、技术特点：

(1) 滤除杂质能力强，大面积、深层次的精密滤材；

(2) 先进的介质吸热冷凝系统，从而保护真空泵寿命，压力保护，自动控温加热，在线运行中排水，采用优质滤材，耐腐蚀，耐高温，除杂质能力强，且安全可靠；

(3) 独特的脱气、脱水系统，立体蒸发技术，多层次油水分离。

1. Technical Features:

(1) Strong ability to filter impurities, using large-area, deep-precision filter materials;

(2) Advanced medium heat-absorbing condensation system, which protects the vacuum pump, offers pressure protection, automatic temperature-controlled heating, allows water discharge during online operation, uses high-quality filter materials, is corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant, highly effective at removing impurities, and is safe and reliable;

(3) Unique degassing and dehydrating system, three-dimensional evaporation technology, and multi-level oil-water separation.

二、各种选项：

(1) 根据用户需要，可选配工业PLC智能控制器、触摸屏、变频器装置，有移动式、固定式、拖车式、全封闭式等。

(2) 根据环境需要，设备设有常规电气控制系统与防爆电气控制系统。

(3) 可选配带累计功能的流量计、在线水分检测仪、在线颗粒检测仪、油液脱色降酸再生装置。

(4) 设备罐体及管道设有普通碳素钢和不锈钢材质供选择。

2. Various options:

(1) Depending on user needs, you can choose industrial PLC smart controllers, touch screens, and frequency converter devices. There are mobile, stationary, trailer-mounted, and fully enclosed types.

(2) Depending on the environment, the equipment can have either a standard electrical control system or an explosion-proof electrical control system.

(3) Optional accessories include flow meters with cumulative functions, online moisture detectors, online particle detectors, and oil decolorization and acid-reducing regeneration devices.

(4) The equipment tanks and pipelines are available in either regular carbon steel or stainless steel.
